Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Acceptance of Terms
   Any purchase made on this store implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs). The Client acknowledges having read and fully accepted the T&Cs prior to any transaction.

2. License Management
   I do not manage licenses once they are issued. Once a script has been assigned, it cannot be deleted or transferred by me.

3. Refund Policy
   Refunds are not managed, except in exceptional cases for private orders under escrow. The only way to obtain a refund is through Tebex, in accordance with their refund policy, if the script was purchased directly from the store.

4. Responsibility for CFX Account Sharing
   I am not responsible if you decide to share a CFX account with someone else or if you transfer the asset to someone else's account and they subsequently leave your project.
